How long it takes for carrier to deliver my order ?

The delivery lead time will depends on  the carrier that you choose at the checkout page. With Express Shipping, it will takes approximately 3-4 working days for your order to be delivered after we release the shipments. Save more with Standard Shipping options for delivery in 5-15 working days. Estimated  delivery date will be informed at the checkout page.

What is the Shipping Cost

Why I cannot see the price ?

In order to see our price and place a wholesale silver jewelry order, you will need to register and login to your account first.

Are all your jewelry sterling silver ?

Yes. Products sold in our website are all made of sterling silver, otherwise stated in Product Details in Product page.

What is Import Duty to my country ?

For accurate information of import duty, we recommend you to contact your custom department or your local UPS customer service directly. Give them information of product ( You can always refer to product information in product page) and tell them you are importing silver jewelry from Thailand. They should be able to provide you with the import duty percentage and related information required.

The jewelry I want to place order out of stock. What should I do ?

Out of stock item will usually be back within 3-4 weeks. In that product page, click ‘email me when back in stock’ to stay alerted when this out of stock item that you interest become available to buy.

How can I make a quick re-order

If you already have product code in hand, you can simply enter code and quantity you would like to order at Quick Order page and click add to basket to proceed to checkout page. You can also go to ‘My Order History’ in your Account and click “Add these item into your basket” to  place a re-order on your previous completed purchase.
