  • We believe, customer should not be paying for return shipping cost if they are not happy with the purchase. By this, we offer a FREE return shipping cost. We will credit your return shipping cost for your future purchase.

Hassle Fee Return Instruction

Return process  is simple and  hassle free. All you need to follow are simple instructions

  • Contact our helpful customer service staffs by email or call us at +66 2 615 2224 to receive the Return Authorization Number (RAN). Return Authorization Number will be required for return.  Any return made without RAN will not be accepted
  • All return will need to be in its original package and same condition you received. 
  • Refund will be made via the original payment method that you choose.
  • Other than item defective return reason, you are required to return all product of that design. For example you purchase 3 pieces of earring Model ES0001. If you are not happy with design, we require you to ship us back all 3 pieces of that model ES0001. We will accept return of 2 pieces of ES0001 only if they are defective item.
